The lead time depends on the time of year, the type of KGO you're ordering and how quickly you're able to submit a full set of measurements.

• If you purchase by 3 PM ET Monday-Thursday, your KGO will be shipped the same day and you should received it the next day.
• If you purchase by 3 PM ET on Friday, your KGO will ship the same day, and you should receive it on Monday.

Most KGOs should NEVER be dry cleaned. Custom suits and cotton button up shirts are the only exceptions - they can be dry cleaned. If you are unsure of what type of KGO you have and whether or not it can be dry cleaned, please contact us before you have it dry cleaned.
